Vibrant junior squash programme provides a fun and structured environment for junior players of all ages and abilities to take part and improve their squash. The coaches run a number of sessions including clubs, leagues, group and individual coaching, competitions and squad trips.

A large and popular family beach near to the Cup and Saucer (Fort Grey), with soft golden sand, beautiful clear sea and rockpools for exploring. There is plenty of parking by the beach and it’s easy to access with either steps or a slipway leading down onto it. Lihou island sits to the north of the bay which is well worth a visit but it can only be accessed during very low tide via the stone causeway that links it to the mainland.

A small cove located close to the much larger Pembroke Bay with soft sand, clear water and lots of rocks to explore as the tide goes out. The perfect spot for those wanting a more peaceful beach experience.
