Guernsey’s largest Skatepark was opened in 2013 and has been named as one of Europe’s best, suitable for both beginner and experienced skaters.
Location
The Jubilee Skatepark is located behind the Beau Sejour Leisure Centre on the outskirts of St Peter Port. There is ample parking at the Leisure Centre and at Cambridge Park which is adjacent to Beau Sejour.
The Skatepark
This all concrete skatepark is the biggest on the island and features both street and transition elements, perfect for beginners and experienced skaters. The Skatepark is located next to a child’s playground, perfect if you have different aged children that can enjoy both the skatepark and playground.
Saturday Skate Lessons
Every Saturday there are FREE skateboarding lessons from 10am – 11.30am am, as long as the park is dry, follow Guernsey Skate Parks on Instagram for the latest updates #guernseyskateparks. Lessons are open to all ages and all equipment is provided for free.
Skatepark Hut
The Skatepark Hut is located next to the Jubilee Skatepark, selling hot drinks, cold drinks and snacks. It is open as often as possible when dry during weekends and after school, and all proceeds from the tuck shop go to help run the skatepark.
Playground
A fantastic playground is located next to the Jubilee Skatepark with a great selection of play equipment for children of all ages.
Facilities
There are toilets and a cafe inside the Beau Sejour Leisure Centre, which is a few minutes walk from the Skatepark.
