Races For Freedom – Classic Family Fun Sports Day

Join us to celebrate the freedom that children and families have been given thanks to money raised here in Guernsey. Races for Freedom will be a classic family fun sports day with a twist and a good heaping of silliness! Events include:-
• Egg and Spoon race
• Sack race
• Wheelbarrow race
• Three-legged race
• The Grandpathalon – to find the best grandparents!
• Throw the wellie
• Snail Races
• A giant rock, paper, scissors contest
• And the crowning event will be the celebrity Grand National, a finale fun course consisting of different sorts of obstacles and challenges around the periphery of the field which is being held at 4.30 p.m.
To liven up the sweepstakes, we have lined up a team of local Guernsey Celebrities from deputies, sports stars, radio presenters and the public health team to name but a few.
