Mindfulness For Mums (Start of 8 week course)
Take some time to nourish yourself, with mindful meditation and movement and learn an invaluable skill that helps develop inner calm and wisdom. The course is half practice, half discussion with a different theme every week. At the end of the 8-weeks you can expect to feel much calmer and more present, with more understanding of yourself. You will also have learnt the skill of meditation that you can use for the rest of your life.
The course includes guided meditations for home practice and a course pack for further reading.
There is a creche available upon request and a community place if you are unable to pay the full amount.
