Male Uprising Guernsey Bike Ride (7rs+)

The popular family MUG ride returns! Join family and friends on our ride on Guernsey’s coastal paths from Sausmarez Park to Vale Castle.

This unique two-hour ride, 95% off-road, starting at Saumarez Park, going to Grandes Rocques via the La Mare nature trail, then Rousse, L’Ancresse, Bordeaux and finishing at Vale Castle, with the option of taking in the new Mountain Bike Trail around the rim of Les Vardes quarry.  Bring your kids for a leisurely two hour family ride (aged seven and up). The after party at Vale Castle will have music, entertainment and refreshments available to buy.

Sign up and get sponsored to ride 12 coastal miles and join the after party at Vale Castle. On Sunday 9th October, up to 900 people can ride on this scenic route which includes paths normally closed to the public.
