Conductor Alasdair Malloy is the King of The Magical Kingdom and invites every-one to a Grand Ball in his Palace. The music represents the various guests who arrive (Puss in Boots, Robin Hood, The Princess of the Pagodas and assorted Disney characters). The Ball itself begins with the Sleeping Beauty Waltz and finishes with some pieces that showcase some more contemporary dance styles! This popular family concert has moved to the autumn this year. The Guernsey Camerata are delighted that Alasdair Malloy has made time in his busy schedule to return to Guernsey for this concert. Plenty of surprises and fun in store; a real treat!
