Torteval Preschool welcome all children aged 2-5 years into their setting. With a nurturing, fun and safe environment, children are able to learn, develop and grow at their own pace. The Preschool provide Foundation Stage based activities through structured and free flow play.

Opening hours are 8.30am-2.30pm (Term time and Holidays)

Sessions available 8.30am-12pm or 8.30am-2.30pm

I cannot recommend Torteval Preschool enough. From day one Miss Loveridge and her wonderful team have helped make our son a pretty well rounded and pleasant young boy. Always on hand to help with any troubles or a helpful voice of experience. There has not been a day that we had tears or tantrums that he didn't want to go and is looking forward to Holiday Club now he is leaving for big school. Thank you for a memorable 3 years.

Torteval Preschool premises provide the children with spacious indoor working areas and a large outdoor space including a nature trail to explore. Children have access to outdoor areas every session and are able to experience and help maintain the preschool’s garden enabling them to connect with the environment.

Torteval Preschool are part of the 15 hours free funding scheme for children in their final year of preschool.

Staff are highly experienced and hold Level 3 Qualifications.
All staff have up to date Paediatric First Aid training and continue to attend and update courses to develop knowledge.
They hold a 5-star Environmental Health rating *****
They provide a high adult to child ratio

Term dates are set alongside States Primary schools.

Holiday Club

Torteval Preschool provide a fun and exciting holiday club over Half terms, Easter and 4 weeks of the summer. Children aged 2-7 years welcome. (please see our Facebook Page for our recent summer holidays activities).
