Lions Club Donkey Derby 2021 – CANCELLED
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AGAIN THIS YEAR AMID FEARS OF COVID RAMIFICATIONS.
Hosted by the Lions Club of Guernsey, the 2021 Donkey Derby will be held on Saturday, 21 August at Saumarez Park.
A family fun day out at the park raising much needed funds for local charitable causes.
Donkey races start at 1 PM and run throughout the afternoon until 4:30 PM.
For the first time, in the Donkey Derby history we will be extending our event into the early evening providing musical entertainment, acts to be announced shortly so keep an eye out on our page.
Attractions include Donkey rides, various charity and small business commercial stalls. Refreshment tents include a licensed bar, hog roast and of course the usual tote tent to have a little flutter on the races!
Free entry, with a parking charge of just £5 per car
