Debbie Duport’s Clubbercise (Over 16’s)

Debbie qualified in 2014 as a Clubbercise instructor. It’s dancing in the dark to 80/90s music with glow sticks so you can actually “Dance Like Nobody is Watching”! It’s great for fitness, confidence and just having some fun. Suitable for Adults and Over 16’s.

Sessions are held at The Vale Church Hall on Monday’s 7.30-8.30pm. Cost is £7 per session. No need to book, just turn up.
