Teen Yoga with Lydia
All teens are welcome at this hour-long class: all levels of experience; all body shapes and sizes; all levels of flexibility. Each of Lydia’s Teen Classes will feature some calming breath-work, physical flows and will end with a relaxing Yoga Nidra or visualisation.
Over time, these classes will strengthen your body and increase your flexibility. But they are (most importantly, in Lydia’s book) designed to help you to RELAX. Afterwards, Lydia hopes you will find you have a healthier sense of perspective, feel some chilled out vibes and enjoy a much better sleep.
