Children’s Yoga (4-7yrs)
Exploring yoga as a child – one of the greatest gifts any parent or carer can give their child. The classes are a fun yoga immersion suitable for children aged 4 to 7 and 8 to 10.
For the younger age group, we weave all aspects of yoga practice into engaging classes – can improve sleep, physical and emotional balance, along with mindfulness.
For the older age group, the classes are varied and aspects of yoga are interlaced in each session. The classes can support a child in gaining confidence, self awareness and respect, developing compassion for others while supporting their emotional and physical balance and improve their sleep.
